Event Planning Division
Maven Events' event planning division does everything a client would expect it to, but with some special insight in to how to make the most of vendor relationships on the client's behalf. Jes Weinberger, the founder of Maven Events, has many years of experience working in director level events positions at some of New York City's premier venues and caterers, which helps to create a special bond with the vendors who are a part of each event. These bonds are then used to your benefit, resulting in special discounting and/or added value proposals from vendors. She is also obsessive about service and will work tirelessly to ensure clients are treated right - you will have her utmost attention and she will listen to what your needs really are and pair you with the best fit vendors and ideas possible.

Service options & pricing
Vendor Referral Maven Events has an extensive roster of vendors whom we can refer you to in confidence, including event spaces with and without catering, caterers, musicians, florists, designers, and more. Our vast vendor database has something for every event at every budget point. FREE.
Event Consultation/Planning Rates vary by project size and services required and may include development of event "vision", vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, development of event time lines, etc.
Day of Services Rates vary by length and scope of the event and set up required. In "day of" scenarios we will work with clients to understand what they have agreed to with vendors and act as their liaison for the night so they may tend to their hosting duties while we make sure the event is properly executed by vendors in accordance to their contracts. We also take care of ensuring tips are properly distributed, final payments are made to vendors, etc.
