Maven Events' venue consulting division is led by Jes Weinberger, the founder of Maven Events. She has worked at some of New York City's premier event venues and learned the ins and outs of event sales, marketing, advertising, and operations. Her skills have been put to use to help a number of venues improve sales and guest relations as well as employee satisfaction. Process evaluation and problem solving will be put to use to help you see an increase in your bottom line by creating effiency throughout your operation.
Consulting Services
Food & Beverage Packaging Our understanding of what event clients are looking for, and who your clients are, will help us to design food and beverage packages that are easy for you to sell and execute. This process will include analysis of your packages and f & b costs to maximize the margins on events at your venue. Food & Beverage packaging services also include the design and procurement of both electronic and paper sales kits so your venue projects it's image through all materials presented to clients.
Marketing & advertising Planning Marketing and advertising conducted in a vaccuum are rarely successful. Maven Events can develop a plan and budget for your venue so you may properly target the audience you are looking to draw to your venue for events. These services may also include the development of in-house promotional materials and programs and the development of HTML email blasts and website planning.
PMS Programming If you are working with any of the major property management systems for events management, we are available for inital set-up or regular updating of your systems as your menus and packages change over time. In addition to programming, we can train you and your team to make the most of the system you have selected.
